Not Sure if You Should Join the MSA? Take the MSA Questionnaire!

The Municipal Socialist Alliance (MSA) brings grassroots democracy to municipal elections in Ontario. Every candidate we endorse, every policy we advocate, every principle we adopt follows brainstorming, discussion, debate, and vote at our regular policy meetings and conventions. If you are not sure whether to join this alliance, take this questionnaire based on the platform and principles adopted by the MSA!

We are in the process of distributing this questionnaire to as many candidates as we can. All voters deserve to know how their perspective councillors and trustees (and mayor) would vote on the crucial issues of housing, policing, transit, accessibility, and more.

For the MSA, our struggle is the mass struggle. Our vision extends beyond the municipal elections this October. Whether or not we win the opportunity to vote for a 50% cut to the police budget in our various municipalities, we will keep organizing in the streets and in the workplace on this principles.
